Hello there. :) I saw that you’re giving advice about what to wear so I thought that you might help me. I’m going to A State of Trance and I don’t know what to wear since it will be too cold and I’m too skinny to wear anything that will actually put accent on my body. :S Thanks and I love your blog. ^^

Don’t say “too skinny” crazy girl. Accept and love your body - plenty of girls are jealous of you for it!

It’d be really easy to go with the trends right now - fluffies and the fluffy, faux-fur hats are really popular right now, and most importantly - WARM. I would suggest color coordinating an outfit, trance makes me think of pinks, and blues, and whites, and grays, but go with what you feel like. So, hmm. I’ll give you an example of what I would wear, and you tell me if it helps you? 

I say a pink, long ear hat and matching fluffies. Purple or blue pants or tights, and a matching jacket. If you wear tights, you should wear shorts with the same color as the fluffies. A tight-fitting white shirt with some cool beaded design, or a dj you like, or a logo you want to show off. Whatever the design is, you should try to tie it together with your make up. Your shoes should be black/white/matching somehting on your outfit. You could have a ribbon in your hair, beads, or some other accessory that ties into your outfit. Jewelry and accessories that tie into the outfit, Either pick a couple of colors, or go with a theme like “ladybug”  ”angel”. If you want to go for a more sexy vibe, make sure the pants/tights are tight fitting, or wear the tights without shorts. Depending on how cold you’re willing to go, you could wear a sexy beaded bikini top, or a half-shirt. Wearing a bikini top or half top is NOT SLUTTY if it is in the right size, provides the right coverage, and is secure. It also helps to wear the pants/tights. If you want more “fluffy” in the outfit, then forgo the jacket and wear fluffy gloves or arm covers. For a more “hardcore” or sexy look, rip up the jeans/tights. Just know it will be slightly colder.

As for your body type - you can probably wear anything and look amazing. Wearing the bikini top will definitely help bring out your curves. Wearing the shorts will also bring out your curves. Wearing a skirt or tu-tu will bring them out more. And all of this is without adding on extra visual “weight”. For more umfph on the bra, cover it with something like flowers or gems-stones to draw more attention to that space, or wear a thicker, more expensive bra/bikini. Victoria Secret does wonders. And make sure you get measured and get the right size :)  Oh! And when you take pictures, try to arch your back. A curved back is viewed as “more feminine” than a straight one. Haha.

Accessorize right and any outfit is amazing! And remember that all the dancing bodies will probably make it a LOT less cold than you think. Most of the time I bring jackets I don’t care about losing.
