First of all, I want you to know that you dont need to be thin to be beautiful. I don’t want you for a second to think thats true. I’m sure you are absolutely gorgeous, and you shouldn’t doubt it for a second.
When I went to my first rave I met another girl there, who it was also her first rave, and first roll, but she was definitely a bit bigger than me. And I could just see how your weight and size was affecting her. She just seemed more introverted, more insecure. Unsure of herself, even while rolling. Now, we did our roll-y thing for a while, and ran around and danced and such but at one point in the night I took her hands in mine, and looked into her eyes and said “Youre beautiful”. And it was just such a touching, and awe-inspiring moment because you could see that this girl didnt hear that a lot, and she certainly didn’t believe it. And later in the night, she made a comment about her size and, in different words, for my rolling self is rarely so eloquent, that no weight could make her less of who she is. And it was obvious that night was such an amazing experience for her - you could just see her growing as a person. It was incredible experience.
Beauty is not reliant or dependent on weight or pant size.
That being said, no one should have to feel uncomfortable while raving. And yes there are a TON of options for what to wear that’s cute, but not completely revealing. For myself, I would NEVER be comfortable going in pasties - those girls have serious cajonas.
For tops, light breezy white tops can always look good with an outfit. A white cami says that youre lighthearted and fun-loving, without actually revealing anything. Pair it with other cute rave gear and it looks completely natural. I used to often wear a white cami (i dotted on colorful polka dots to mine) or just other colorful camis and tank-tops that I had. There is no rule that says you have to dress slutty to rave.
If you feel up to it, you can always go for the bikini top. However, don’t just go for the skimpiest bikini top you can find. Boobs look best when the have support (My Victoria secret bikini top can attest to this:P). FInd something with lots of support, lots of coverage, and wide straps. And lots of coverage doesn’t necessarily mean hide your cleavage, but you really don’t want anything to pop out while dancing!
Another good way to show some sexy without a lot of skin is to go for the ripped tees. An easy one is just to find a tight shirt, cut horizontal lines an inch or two apart all the way down the back. However, ripped tees are entirely up to you and your style preferences, so go ahead and experiment and make it your own! One of my favorite pair of pants I ripped all the way down because they were too tight when i got them.
As for bottoms, tutus are ALWAYS cute, and as a plus they can worn with any bottom you feel comfortable with. You don’t need to wear underwear with them - in fact a lot of people I know think hats a little trashy. I would go for some slightly longer shorts that you feel comfortable in, or even bright colored tights. Tights can be cut off above the knee, or worn normally. Fishnets even make your legs look slimmer:)
Also, a general saying is that everyone looks good in phat pants :P
Another GREAT way to be sexy but still be comfortable is the utilization of layers. A bikini tops, with two really ripped up tees can show a lot of skin and sexy, and at the same time you have a lot of coverage. Just experiment and find what YOU like.
Basically find what you want to emphasize and de-emphasize. For example, if I liked my chest, but was iffy about my waist and thighs, I could cover those up with shorts or etc, but I would wear something low cut and accessorize cutely. :)

This showed up on my dash and i had to include it - this is a great example of looking amazing while wearing a top that is wonderfully designed to make you look slimmer. Now, this girl seems really fit (like, you can see how hard her muscles are) so you’ll want to find something that works for you. But at the same time, she’s not thinspo skinny, and I certainly don’t think you have to be to be cute:)
Another answer I did with more tips:
There are SO MANY cute tops that you can wear, it used to be the norm for girls to NOT show tummy, to NOT wear anything revealing. While some girls did, it was only because they felt the could and thats how they were more comfortable.
If youre worried about putting together a cute outfit that isnt too revealing, DON’T be. The keys to a cute outfit are matching theme + accessorizing. Ie wear a skin tight black shirt plus black fishnets to match, and accessorize with cute jewelry, kandi, and rave gear, and definitely black shoes at that point :P (Bonus - fishnets make your legs look slimmer!)
Sometimes, a “matching theme” doesnt even have to be all the same colors. I used to just pick outfits based on color ideas I had, so one night pastels, one night neon, one night greens of varying shades, one night rainbow. Again, the key is finding some accessories that say, yes this outfit is well put together.
I guess a problem you might be having is not feeling as attractive next to the girls with skimpy clothes that unfortunately, also look adorable. Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us and probably those girls too. The key to feeling cute/sexy/pretty in an outfit that downplays any part of your body (for example, hiding your stomach), is to then up-play another part of your body that you DO like.If you like your legs/calves, wear bottoms that show them off! If you life your booty, wear something super tight that you can show it off with. If you like your boobs, don’t hide them. wear something low cut and moderately revealing. Trust me, you’ll feel pretty damn sexy then! If you like your eyes, completely up-play the make-up around them. I usually go all at it with mascara, falsies, crazy eye-shadow, and glitter. Actually, crazy cool make-up designs used to be the “fashion” trend among ravers girls. Now, the trend seems to be slutty clothes and fluffies. I don’t know if I can speak that bad against that, i love fluffies, and I don’t like to wear a ton of clothing to raves. But thats me. I don’t want other people doing it to be “cool” or to be “rave”. Now the girls with fluffies all have normal make up. It used to be swirls, rainbows, crazy patterns, pictures, designs, each girl was a beautiful work of art. You can do that too if you eveer have the time and feel so inclined. Plus, an amazing make up design is a great way to complete an outfit. Haha, a green shirt and plus shorts dont really match, but they look hella good with a make up design of green and blue swirls, painted on like a small mask over your eyes.
Great outfits - tu-tus, plus sweet and sexy but not slutty shirts:
